Following my sign off after the second hip replacement I feel that I should express my appreciation for your efforts on my behalf. Prior to the operations I was somewhat apprehensive when contemplating what was in my view a major event. I was delighted when the whole process proved to be so smooth and uneventful. I would never have believed that the recovery process could be as relatively easy and pain-free as it was.
All the staff at the hospital were so friendly and supportive at all points. Your calm and clear information approach was very reassuring at all times and acted with considerable empathy. I now have full confidence in what I can do again in the way of physical exercise which will no doubt be very beneficial for my general health.
